The ACUDkino is the arthouse cinema of an artist projects building in Berlin-Mitte. With documentaries and art house movies the movie selection of the ACUD Kino is far off the mainstream.

You can spend an entire evening there: Start in their gallery, then grab a cheap bite to eat in their cantina by the fireplace or outside in the beach bar, and continue to the movies. On weekends you can unwind with a beer at the club while listening to live music. All of this happens in alternative-comfortable backyards with a distinctive Eastern-European charm.

The cinema has two lovely movie theaters with a definite living room atmosphere. Somewhat off the beaten track the ACUD is never overrun and is far from being mainstream. During the film festival Berlinale it’s part of the “Kiez Kino” series.
