The lovely location of the summer pool on Ziegeleisee and the immaculate sandy beaches of Strandbar Lübars are two great arguments for coming here. The lake has its origins as the clay pit of an old brick factory, which slowly got filled up with ground water. Today, its main mission is bathing fun. Next to two slides and a snack stall, the Strandbad also has a really nice restaurant with its own sun terrace.
And should this not be enough for you, the place regularly hosts other events like concerts or special culinary events at the restaurant. You will not miss a thing here with rental services for parasols, beach chairs and sun loungers. Daily between 8:00 am to noon you can start your day at the beach with a nice breakfast
In the year 2015 the changing rooms, pier and diving tower were refurbished.
