Restaurant Buchholz is located on Gutshof Britz and offers traditional country cuisine of a certain level to its guests – this earned it the award “Bib Gourmand”. The restaurant has about 30 seats and is situated in the idyllic area around the listed Britz Palace. After your meal there, seize the opportunity for a little walk around the palace. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, pleasing and down to earth, the food there nothing short of mouth-watering.
This actually does not come as a suprisde, since the resident chef Matthias Buchholz has long been established among the finest chefs in Berlin. His cooking earned one of the coveted Michelin Stars for the First Floor. With his own restaurants he says good-bye to hunting gourmet stars and just enjoys preparing good and solid food.
