The head chef is a pro who practiced his skills in Vietnam, and focuses on Pan Asian cuisine which mixes Vietnamese food with Japanese and Chinese dishes. Therefor you can find fresh sushi as well as prawn dumplings, steak with sweet potato fries and the famous Akemi sea food bowls among the menu.
